You may have heard about Nintendo's lawsuit against Nyko [1] in an attempt to continue it's monopoly on innovation in the video game world. However, you probably havn't heard about an even more exciting lawsuit going on. That being the case of Ninjas Vs. Nintendo.

You see, while Nintendo claims to have invented the Nunchuck and copyrighted it, if you take a quick peek over at Wikipedia.org (if it's on the internet it's true!), you can see that....

"Although the certain origin of nunchaku is disputed, it is thought to come from

China [2] through the Japanese island of Okinawa [3]"

Now, while nobody for sure can claim it, it is also known that Nunchucks were used by Chinese fighters as well as Japanese Ninjas as early as the 17th century, and was captured in such historical documentaries as, Enter The Dragon, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the 1990s.

even exist until 200 years after it's creation, what kind of world do we live in???

Nintendo is trying to destroy our freedom to love Pizza eating Ninjas.

Give me Ninja or give me death!

Then again, when Ninjas are around, theres sure to be plenty of death to be had.

I actually heard that when a Ninja sues you, your bank account is empty before you even know they've installed the keylogger.
