There are 3 things every gamer growing up in the 90s had in common, you loved Sonic the Hedgehog, suffered endless ridicule when your SNES froze up (leaving you to blow into cartridges while the cooler kids went next door to play Duck Hunt), and you desperately wanted to do the nasty with Jessie Spano in a Bayside High locker room - maybe with Mr. Belding watching? No? I've gone too far...

Some of you were into the Turtle (Lark Voorhees), which I get, but really there was no greater mountain to climb than the lovely, bitchy, SAT-loving, bad-ass valedictorian Jessica Spano. The high waisted Mom-jeans, the Dep-tified ringlets, the color-blindness... she was a hot-piece. I remember all too well when JNo nearly died from taking speed pills to cram for an exam and I took that lesson to heart - by making sure that each and every one of my un-prescribed Ritalin pills were accounted for come Finals time. We shared the same "can-do" attitude.
